Example prompts¶
Things to try once braXos Maestro is connected. Each exercises a different system, so they double as a quick end-to-end check. Your available tools depend on what your administrator has enabled.
Tip
Start with the read-only prompts to confirm your connection, then try a write. Write and destructive actions will ask you to confirm before anything changes.
Read-only (safe to run anywhere)¶
-
Email triage (Google)
"Find my unread emails from this week that mention an invoice, and summarize them."
-
Release status (Jira)
"List the Jira issues fixed in version 1.0.3 of the MCP project and group them by component."
-
Account 360 (Salesforce)
"Show the open cases for the Acme account, with priority and the owner of each."
-
Access review (S2)
"What access levels does Jane Doe currently have, and when did she last badge in?"
-
Knowledge lookup (MediaWiki)
"Search our wiki for the S2 setup page and summarize the credential-format section."
Writes (will prompt for confirmation)¶
- Draft, don't send (Google)
"Draft a reply to the latest email from procurement confirming the delivery date is Friday."
Drafted replies are threaded into the original conversation (they appear under the existing email), and are saved to Drafts for you to review and send.
-
File a ticket (Jira)
"Create a Jira issue in the OPS project: 'Rotate the staging TLS cert', assigned to me, priority High."
-
Log a case (Salesforce)
"Open a Salesforce case for the Acme account: badge reader offline at the north entrance."
Multi-step (composition)¶
- Cross-system pipeline
"For every S2 person in the 'Contractors' access group, look up their Salesforce contact and export a CSV of name, email, and contract end date."
braXos composes this as a transient pipeline that runs on the on-prem sidecar - the underlying records never return to the model, only the final CSV.
